Traveling for the holidays? If you are travelling to or from the United States of America, you may need a Rapid PCR testRapid PCR tests are available by appointment only between the hours of 9:00AM and 4:00PM Monday through Saturday at our main clinic, located at 601 1st Ave N, Great Falls, MT 59401. Please call to schedule an appointment.

Free COVID-19 Testing

Free drive-thru PCR nasal swab COVID-19 testing is being offered to the public, no appointment needed. Results are delivered within 2-3 days.

Montana Expo Park in marked zones outside the Family Living Center, 400 3rd St NW, Great Falls, MT 59404. Please enter via the 6th St NW entrance.

Days and Times:

Monday – Friday: 10:00am – 6:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am – 2:00pm

If you are awaiting test results, please do not contact our office unless it has been more than three (3) business days. Increased call volumes impact our ability to get test results out in the timeframe we have committed to.

Free COVID-19 Vaccination

Alluvion Health is offering Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines free of charge. You do not need an appointment to receive the vaccine. Walk-ins are welcome. Click here for location and hours. For questions, please call 406-454-6973.

Upcoming Vaccination Clinics

Flu Shots and COVID-19 vaccinations will be offered to ages 5 and up. A parent/guardian must be present. Consent forms will be available upon arrival at the clinic.

COVID-19 Booster Shot

On Thursday, September 23, CDC recommended a booster shot of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine in certain populations:

    • People age 65 and older;
    • People at high-risk for severe COVID-19; and
    • People who work in a high-risk job.

Individuals in these groups who previously received the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine are eligible for a booster starting at least 6 months after their second shot. See the CDC statement.
