Sliding Fee Discount Program

We are dedicated to providing affordable services to patients regardless of income, insurance or ability to pay.  Alluvion Health takes most public and private insurances and offers a sliding fee scale based on family size and income. At Alluvion Health we never turn anyway based on an inability to pay. If you are uninsured, we have certified application counselors on staff to help you navigate your insurance options and help you enroll.

To see if you qualify for our sliding fee scale bring in proof of income to your appointment. Proof of income examples include tax returns, W2, three consecutive pay stubs, 1099, or applicable benefit letter.

Questions about the Affordable Care Act and and Healthcare Marketplace?

On October 1, 2013, the Healthcare Marketplace opened for business. Individuals can now visit, the only official website to register, compare health insurance policies, and enroll themselves and their families in health coverage. Through the Marketplace you can see what plans better suit your needs and find out if you qualify for a premium tax credit to lower your premiums.

Learning about the Healthcare Marketplace and how the Affordable Care Act (ACA) will affect you and your family may seem daunting. Alluvion Health would like to make this process as easy as possible for you.
