Alluvion Health’s Family Planning providers offer education, counseling, and birth control methods to support people’s decision about when or if they desire a pregnancy. Family planning also prepares individuals to achieve healthy pregnancies and meet their goals related to family size and composition.

  • Annual physical and post-partum examinations including pap smears, breast exams, and STI testing as indicated.
  • Counseling about birth control methods and STI prevention.
  • Emergency contraception and counseling.
  • Enhanced confidentiality.
  • Pregnancy testing and counseling.
  • Abnormal pap smear follow-up and colposcopy.
  • Counseling about tubal ligations and vasectomies.
  • Quick start birth control methods.

Alluvion Health provides services for all residents of Cascade County and its surrounding communities, embracing and celebrating the diversity of our patients. We welcome individuals who are uninsured, underinsured, and those who could not otherwise afford healthcare.

SLIDING FEE DISCOUNT

Our clinic fees are based on a sliding-fee scale to make healthcare accessible to everyone. Just because you have insurance does not mean you are not eligible.

I am a Great Falls native that loves serving my community. I love being able to make a difference in my patients’ lives. I choose to do Woman’s Health because I enjoy empowering and encouraging woman to meet their health goals, including family goals. Alluvion is aligned/partnered with Montana DPHHS Family Planning Program to receive additional funding and follow Title X guidelines established by the Office of Population Affairs.

The mission of the Montana Family Planning Program is to educate and empower individuals, families, and communities by providing accessible, quality reproductive and sexual health services.
