We are dedicated to providing affordable medical, dental, behavioral health, and substance use disorder services to patients regardless of income, insurance, or ability to pay. Alluvion Health takes most public and private insurances and offers a sliding fee scale based on family size and income.
Dental Scheduling
Alluvion Health is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center focusing on providing high-quality, cost-effective, comprehensive primary and preventive medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare. Alluvion Health is funded through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Bureau of Primary Health Care. Alluvion is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
