Dental Care

We strive to improve the oral health of the community by providing high quality dental services. Oral health has a significant impact on overall health, and our dental team works to ensure that the dental care provided is in the interest of the patients’ overall well-being.  Our dental services include check-ups, x-rays, fillings, extractions, cleanings and referrals to specialists.

We offer walk-in hours several times a week for patients who are experiencing dental pain or dental emergencies. Patients are seen on a first-come-first served basis during walk-in hours.

Behavioral Health Care

Nearly one in five US adults, and an estimated 49.5% of adolescents live with a mental illness which can vary in degree of severity.

Alluvion Health is dedicated to providing whole person care.  Our behavioral health providers work alongside our primary care providers to treat the whole person rather than treating isolated symptoms.  Our behavioral health providers provide individual counseling, crisis management, brief therapy for focused concerns, substance abuse therapy, and referrals to community resources.

Alluvion Health is excited to provide group therapy for the community. Groups include: Chronic Pain, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Schizophrenia, Solution Focused Groups, Anger Management, Anxiety, and Circle of Security Parenting. We accept nearly all major insurance providers and offer an income based fee scale.  Call 406.454.6973 to learn more.

Each behavioral health provider has daily appointment openings, to assist patients who need immediate attention. In addition, Alluvion Health’s commitment to whole person care includes ensuring a behavioral health provider is available for any situation where a need is identified during a medical visit. This allows for the client to receive an immediate warm hand-off so that an assessment and comprehensive plan of whole person care can be developed.

School Based Health

Increasing access to care is part of our vision for community health. Alluvion Health understands the quicker individuals can access care, the better their health outcomes. For youth this means providing an innovative approach to bring care to them. Students spend most of their days in school, so Alluvion Health has joined the nationwide movement to bring School-Based Health Centers to Great Falls Public Schools!

When a health center is located inside of the school, the benefits to the student impact more than just their health. Students don’t have to miss as much class to get to an appointment and parents don’t have to take time off work to take their child to see their provider.

Our School-Based Health Center staff are licensed health care providers, who work with school nurses to provide expanded medical and behavioral health services to students during the school day.

For those with or without insurance, we offer a sliding fee scale that is based on income and family size. It is also important to note that no child will be denied services due to the inability to pay.

In order for students to receive services, a complete and signed consent form must be returned, and be on file prior to the child being seen. In addition to the signed consent forms, parents and/or guardians will be contacted via phone before providing services to minors as a second verification for all medical services.
