Alluvion Health is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Grant & Revenue Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team. This position supports the financial operations of Alluvion Health through grant accounting, revenue recognition, reimbursement requests, accounts receivable management, contract billing, cash receipts, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support. This role works closely with the Controller, Finance team, Program Managers, and Grants Administrator to help ensure accurate accounting, timely revenue collection, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
