Why Alluvion

care that breaks barriers

At Alluvion Health, we are committed to doing healthcare the right way. Every decision we make starts with the needs of our community and the understanding that our patients’ lives and circumstances are at the heart of it all. We’ve built innovative, practical ways to bring care directly to you, because we know that true health goes far beyond an exam room. It’s about breaking down barriers that stand in the way, whether that’s access to food, housing, employment, civil legal assistance, or even having a clinic close enough to reach.

If you’ve ever worried about cost, insurance, or whether you “qualify,” please know this: you belong here. We offer care on a sliding fee scale and work with families every day to make sure finances or paperwork don’t stop them from getting what they need. We are proud to deliver care that treats the whole person and the whole life—care that leads to better outcomes and proves there is a better way to serve our neighbors. We’re here for every age, every income, everyone.

Alluvion Health is a not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center focusing on providing high-quality, cost-effective, comprehensive primary and preventive medical, dental and behavioral healthcare. Alluvion is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of at least 51% patients and is funded through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Bureau of Primary Health Care. This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).

Creating and Inspiring Healthier Lives
