The Director of Dental provides clinical leadership and delivers high-quality preventive and primary dental care at Alluvion Health’s dental location and through our Mobile Dental Program. This role leads department performance across clinical quality, provider supervision, productivity, compliance, and continuous improvement while partnering with other departments to support integrated, patient-centered outcomes. The Director of Dental is a champion for Quality Improvement and the Patient-Centered Medical Home model and ensures strong execution of QA/QI, emergency preparedness, and risk management/compliance programs. This leader sets the tone for a respectful, professional environment that supports teamwork, patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
