OnTrack Montana

Early Recognition, Effective Treatment, Real Hope.

Psychosis can be frightening and confusing, but recovery is possible—especially when help comes early. OnTrack Montana supports young people who are experiencing early signs of psychosis. With the right care, people can manage their symptoms, regain stability, and move forward with their lives.

Our team walks alongside individuals and families every step of the way, offering tools, support, and hope. Early identification and coordinated treatment for psychosis can change the trajectory of a person’s life. OnTrack Montana connects individuals and families with compassionate, evidence-based care designed to support recovery and long-term stability.

What Is First Episode Psychosis (FEP)?

First Episode Psychosis (FEP) refers to the initial period when a person experiences symptoms of psychosis—such as hallucinations, delusions, or disorganized thinking—for the first time. Alluvion’s OnTrack Montana FEP program provides integrated, person-centered treatment during this critical window to help individuals recover and thrive.

Our multidisciplinary team wraps support around the individual and their family, meeting them where they are. Services may include:

  • Psychiatric evaluation and medication management

  • Individual and family therapy

  • Supported education and employment

  • Case management and peer support

  • Family education and skill-building
