The Associate Medical Officer provides clinical leadership and high-quality primary and preventive health care services to patients at Alluvion Health. The Associate Medical Officer participates in the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies, procedures, and protocols. The Associate Medical Officer is an integral member of Quality Improvement and serves as a champion for Patient-Centered Medical Home.

ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH OPERATIONS

$85,000-110,000, DOE and licensure

The Associate Vice President of Behavioral Health Operations (AVP of BH Ops) provides leadership to ensure the successful achievement of the organization’s mission and strategic initiatives related to behavioral health, substance use disorder (SUD), Crisis Intervention Coalition and other affiliated divisions. Responsible for supporting mission and goal achievement, organizational quality and patient centered care by providing leadership and clinical direction for direct reporting divisions. Works collaboratively with community partners in the design, development and implementation of crisis intervention, mobile response and diversion services associated with behavioral health community response programs.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR

The Information Technology Director is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions for Alluvion Health and its employees. The Information Technology Director directs all IT operations in the development, support, and maintenance of new and existing infrastructure, applications, and platforms. In addition, the Information Technology Director will direct and coordinate the assessment, selection, and development of new technical solutions.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH DIRECTOR

Starts at $71,996 per year, DOE

This is a non-remote position.

The Behavioral Health (BH) Director is responsible for the successful day-to-day management and operation of the health center’s behavioral health team. Additionally, the BH Director is responsible for supporting the mission and goal achievement, organizational quality, and patient-centered care by providing leadership and clinical direction for BH staff of Alluvion Health.
