ASSOCIATE medical officer

The Associate Medical Officer provides clinical leadership and high-quality primary and preventive health care services to patients at Alluvion Health. The Associate Medical Officer participates in the development, implementation and monitoring of policies, procedures, and protocols. The Associate Medical Officer is an integral member of Quality Improvement and serves as a champion for Patient Centered Medical Home. As a Primary Care Provider, his/her primary job function is to provide clinical leadership and high-quality provision of clinic based comprehensive primary and preventive health care services to patients at Alluvion Health.

VICE PRESIDENT OF infrastructure & facilities

$125,000 per year or more, DOE

This is a non-remote position.

The Vice President of Infrastructure & Facilities (VP of I & F) has the overall responsibility for the planning, construction and maintenance of organizational facilities, properties, fleet and IT. Oversees the development and implementation of construction and maintenance strategy and policy. Manages internal staff and external vendors, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Performs complex supervisory, administrative and professional work in planning, organizing and directing various aspects of building acquisition, design, fleet management and maintenance. Oversees contract bidding, evaluation of competency of contractors and vendors, determination of the selection criteria for contracts and the management of the contractor/vendor relationship.

ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE

$80,650 per year or more, DOE

The Associate Vice President of Finance (AVP of Finance) works directly with the Vice President of Finance and Operations (VP of F&O) to implement and lead the management, policies and procedures of the organizations financial services and procurement departments. Directly oversees and manages the organizations fiscal and procurement systems including, but not limited to financial reporting, planning, budgeting, analyzing, forecasting, and performs directly related work as required.

IT DIRECTOR

$87,000 per year or more, DOE

The Information Technology Director performs a wide variety of complex and administrative tasks and providers leadership and support to all departments of Alluvion Health. The Information Technology Director is responsible for overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions for Alluvion Health and its employees. The Information Technology Director directs all IT operations in the development, support and maintenance of new and existing infrastructure, applications, and platforms. In addition, the Information Technology Director will direct and coordinate the assessment, selecting and development of new technical solutions.

Substance Use Disorder Clinical Director

$70,600 per year or more, DOE/DOQ

This is a non-remote position.

The Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Director is responsible for the successful day-to-day management and operation of Alluvion Health’s SUD clinical services and team. Additionally, the SUD Clinical Director is responsible for supporting mission and goal achievement, organizational quality, and patient centered care by providing leadership and clinical direction for SUD clinical staff. The SUD Clinical Director directly oversees the SUD clinical team at all Alluvion Health sites and partners with leadership at all sites to ensure coordination of care with primary care providers and other mental health, addiction, or substance abuse providers as appropriate to provide comprehensive patient centered health care within the health center.

CONTROLLER

$76,000 per year or more, DOE

This is a non-remote position.

Oversees a portion of Alluvion Health’s financial activities, including but not limited to financial reporting, planning, budgeting, analyzing and forecasting, and performs directly related work as required. The Controller participates as a productive member of the health center team and provides financial and administrative support in a challenging health care delivery system. Under the direction of the Vice President of Finance and Operations assists in supervising and managing the financial departments of Alluvion Health Accounting and works collaboratively with the Revenue Cycle Manager to ensure full collaboration with Patient Intake and Health Information Management staff.

director of autism therapeutic services

$75,000 per year or more, DOE

This is a non-remote position.

The Autism Therapeutic Services (ATS) Director will be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for helping individuals with autism and their families. They are responsible for the successful day-to-day management and operation of all Alluvion Health Clinical Services autism services. As a member of Alluvion Health’s Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) leadership team, the ATS Director will provide leadership and clinical direction for ATS staff of Alluvion Health Clinical Services to support the mission, achievement of goals, organizational quality, and patient-centered care. 

REVENUE CYCLE MANAGER

$68,000 per year or more, DOE

This is a non-remote position.

The Revenue Cycle Manager, under the direction of the VP of Finance and Operations, provides leadership to ensure an efficient and effective revenue cycle. Oversees Billing/Coding and Health Information Management departments to ensure effective and efficient billing processes, efficient coding, and billing processes. Works to identify revenue cycle metrics to track quality and performance. Develops policies and procedures in accordance with organizational objectives to ensure effective revenue cycle processes. Generates weekly, monthly quarterly, and annual reports in support of audits, cost reports, grant needs, revenue integrity and other management needs.
