School Based Health

School Based Health

Simple. Convenient. Affordable.

Alluvion Health operates School-Based Health Centers (SBHCs) in several public schools throughout Northcentral Montana. Think of the SBHC as a health clinic in the school. We are here to help students and the general public with routine and acute medical problems, and to be a resource to achieve overall wellness. Our SBHCs are staffed by a nurse practitioner, physician assistant, nurse, and mental health therapist.

For busy guardians, your student can get healthcare at school with little disruption to their schedule. For community members, our SBHCs are a place to receive quality healthcare without leaving your neighborhood.

How to Become a Patient

Call 406.454.6973 and speak to one of our patient advocates to schedule your first appointment.

In order for students to receive care at a School-Based Health Center, their legal guardian must sign and complete an Alluvion consent form prior to being seen. Completing the consent form does not obligate the student to use the SBHC, but it does give our staff permission to treat in case of an emergency.
